What procurement always asks
Yes. We run a clean-lyric set by default, and we will send you the exact set list for approval ahead of the event. Nothing goes on stage that your leadership team has not seen.
Routinely. We handle walk-on music, awards-segment underscoring, sponsor reads and product-reveal stings, and we rehearse the run of show with your A/V team on site.
Every week. We provide a full technical rider, stage plot and input list, and our engineer coordinates directly with your production team. If you already have house audio and lighting, we plug in. If not, we bring concert-grade production with us.
Anywhere. We have performed across the US, the Caribbean, Europe and beyond, and we quote travel, lodging, backline and freight as a single landed number so there are no surprises on the invoice.
The nine piece with the 504 Horns is the most requested for galas and conventions. Large general sessions and arena-scale events usually go to the twelve piece with dancers.
Yes. Certificates of insurance, W-9s and vendor onboarding paperwork are handled by The William Credo Agency, usually within one business day of request.
